Who we are

Otomara is a bespoke automation studio operated by Jesus Gabriel Addis (Spain). You can reach us at gabriel@otomara.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to share with us:

• Information you submit through our contact or booking forms — your name, email, phone number, clinic or business name, and any message you write.
• If you text our SMS demo line, your phone number and the content of the messages you send us.

We do not collect any medical, clinical, or health information, and our demo is strictly limited to lead-capture and booking.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, run the demonstration you requested, and schedule a call or appointment. SMS messages are delivered through Twilio.

SMS consent and your data

Phone numbers and consent collected for text messaging are used only to send the messages you have requested. We do not sell your information, and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you or provide the service, and no longer. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing gabriel@otomara.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date above.
